We ship to most countries. Shipping is free on orders over $60; under that a flat $6.95 applies. Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility — see our Shipping Policy.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days domestically and 7–18 business days internationally, depending on destination.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. For hygiene reasons, certain personal bathroom items cannot be returned once opened. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No. Our products are general household and convenience accessories. They are not medical devices, mobility aids, disability aids or fall-prevention devices, and we make no health, treatment or injury-prevention claims.

No. They are convenience steadying holds for light hand support on smooth, non-porous surfaces — not weight-bearing safety grab bars. Always check the seal indicator before use and never rely on them as a primary support.

No product can make a wet or soapy surface non-slip. Our mats and strips add traction and a more secure footing, but wet surfaces always call for care.
