What we sell — and what it is not.
We sell general consumer household and convenience bathroom accessories, including anti-slip mats, suction grips, shower seating and related items.
Our products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or mitigate any disease, injury or medical condition, and they are not mobility aids, disability aids or fall-prevention devices. Product descriptions are provided for general information; you are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your needs and for following the installation and usage instructions.
Suction grips and grip bars are convenience steadying holds for light hand support only and must not be used as primary weight-bearing supports.

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We take reasonable care to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur; if we discover an error we will let you know and give you the option to confirm or cancel.
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where required, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the products are for personal or household use.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for misuse of products contrary to their instructions, or for indirect or consequential loss.
You must read and follow all product safety and usage notes. Wet and smooth surfaces remain slippery even with anti-slip products in place.
