  • Order data (name, shipping address, email, order details) — to fulfil your order. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • Payment data — card payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details, never your full card number. Lawful basis: contract.
  • Enquiry data (name, email, message) — to respond to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interest / your consent.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store, under appropriate agreements:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
  • Email and hosting providers — to operate the site and reply to you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. To make a request, email support@ashdownph.shop. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
